How much can I pre-order and do I pay at that time?
All pre-orders require payment at the time of ordering. Each order will be limited to two 4-packs of each style of the #Nostalgicallyridiculous beers and 1 box set. There will be no pre-order limit on other beers or the Saturday Morning t-shirt.
Who can pick up my order?
The name on the pre-order must match the name of the person picking up the order unless other arrangements were confirmed by email with our team. We will check IDs to make sure everyone is 21 and that the person matches the pre-order details.
How will pre-order pick-ups work?
Pre-ordered beer will be available for pickup on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the location that you designated when you ordered. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP BY Sunday, October 30, 2022. After that date, orders will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.
The Norfolk location will be hosting the WHRO Time Machine Release Party. Please visit our facebook event page for all the event details of what will be happening.
Will you ship?
No. We do not ship beer. All orders must be picked up.
What if it’s raining?
The release and pick-ups will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly!
Where do I park?
Click the city to see parking maps for Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Please be aware of any parking signage around the brewery, be sure not to block any driveways, and be especially careful in Virginia Beach, as many of the private lots near us will tow.
Can I bring my pet?
Well behaved pets on a leash are always welcome, however you might consider leaving them at home so you can enjoy the day and not worry about them in case there is a crowd.
What other beers will be available for purchase?
All our beers will be available for purchase. Please visit our website for current offerings.
Do you have storage after I buy my cans? Do you provide bags?
No. Smartmouth cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged – so take good care of your beers after you receive them! We can provide cardboard trays for cases, but please bring your own bags.
Will you be selling merchandise?
Our normal Smartmouth merchandise will be available at the Tasting Rooms. Stock up when you come to pick up your presale items!
