Where and when will the pre-order site be open for orders
The link to order will go live on Wednesday, February 23, at 10am EST on our smartmouthbrewing.com website.
How much can I pre-order and do I pay at that time?
All pre-orders require payment at the time of ordering. Each person is allowed to pre-order:
• Three 4-packs of Saturday Morning IPA, plus
• One 4-pack each of Caveman Confetti Fruited Gose and Sticky Bricks Blonde Ale, plus
• One #NostalgicallyRidiculous Collection Set that includes: one of each 4-packs above, one 500ml bottle of Saturday Night Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and a special prize!
There will be no pre-order limit on Saturday Morning t-shirts.
Who can pick up my order?
The name on the pre-order must match the name of the person picking up the order. We will check ID’s to make sure everyone is 21 and that the person matches the pre-order details.
How will pre-order pick-ups work?
When you purchase your beers through our online pre-order website, you will choose a pick-up date/time on Saturday March 5 or Sunday March 6 or you can pick up during open hours starting March 7 (please note that Virginia Beach is not open on Mondays). Pre-orders will have their own separate pick-up spot. Pre-order items may only be collected during the assigned pick-up window. You may choose to pick up in Norfolk or Virginia Beach (please note that the Pilot House is not open on Mondays). ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP BY FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2022.
What if I miss my scheduled pickup time?
If you miss your pick-up time, you may come anytime after Monday, March 7 until Friday, March 18, to pick up your beer.
What should I expect on Saturday, March 5
NORFOLK – We will have THREE distinct areas, each marked with signage. One for pre-order pick-ups, one for pint sales inside our tasting room, and one for merchandise and beer-to-go offerings (non NostalgicallyRidiculous beers.)

What will be the restrictions on Saturday, March 5, if we want to come in person to drink a pint?
The doors will open at 11am on Saturday, March 5, at both our locations for draft and merchandise purchases only (look for signage).
Pre-order pick-ups will run from 12:00pm to 7pm. We are closing at 9pm. We will NOT be offering flights or filling crowlers or growlers. There will be a separate area available for merchandise and beer-to-go offerings. Please check our facebook event for all the event details of what will be happening at each location throughout the day.
Do you take cash and credit?
Yes. We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay at each location and on-line.
Will you ship?
No. We do not ship beer.
What if it’s raining?
The release and pick-ups will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly!
Where do I park?
Click the city to see parking maps for Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Please be aware of any parking signage around the brewery, be sure not to block any driveways, and be especially careful in Virginia Beach, as many of the private lots near us will tow.
Can I bring my pet?
Well behaved pets on a leash are always welcome, however you might consider leaving them at home so you can enjoy the day and not worry about them in a crowd.
What other beers will be available for purchase on March 5?
All our beers will be available for purchase. We have released several other #nostalgicallyridiculous beers since January. Visit the Beers page to see other available beers.
Do you have storage after I buy my cans? Do you provide bags?
No. Smartmouth cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged – so take good care of your beers after you receive them! We can provide cardboard trays for cases, but please bring your own bags.
Will you be selling merchandise?
All #NostalgicallyRidiculous merchandise will be available for presale. Our normal Smartmouth merchandise will also be available at the Tasting Rooms. Stock up when you come to pick up your presale items!
Do you offer refunds?
